Ziba Goddard is the CEO of Cowry Consulting. She started the business in 2016 with Raphy, Jez & Will. She's passionate about democratising the field of Behavioural Science and teaching businesses to apply Behavioural Science. She works with clients including Walmart, Fidelity and Sky to transform customer and employee experiences through the application of Psychology, Behavioural Science and Nudge Theory.
Ziba's career has included Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Organisational Psychology at BNY Mellon and Behavioural Science at Cowry Consulting. She runs sessions for the Executive programmes at London Business School and INSEAD.

Raphy March
Managing Director, Cowry
Raphy March is the Managing Director of Cowry Consulting. She started the business in 2016 with Ziba, Jez & Will. She’s passionate about the intersection of behaviour and design, leveraging her expertise in converting rich insights into robust ,creative solutions. Raphy has pioneered the discipline of behavioural design at Cowry. Including developing unique design tools and cultivating a team with a distinctive set of skills, all aimed at forging impactful and inventive solutions within the consultancy.
Raphy has led the experience optimisation process for over 80 global brands across retail, health and finance. She works with clients to develop practical and innovative solutions to behaviour-based issues, including Amazon, Sky, Tesco, Aegon and Coca-Cola.
